We meet quarterly at Bayston Hill Memorial Hall in Shropshire and, as stated in our constitution, any member wishing to sit in on these meetings is welcome to do so. Dates of these meetings vary and may change due to unexpected circumstances. The meetings in 2015 will, provisionally, be held on Sunday May 17th and September 20th. If you would like to attend, do contact the secretary to let her know and to check the date and time. The AGM, to be held in Bayston Hill this year, will take place on Sunday 21st June.
Nick Hamilton owns Barnsdale Gardens, home of the late Geoff Hamilton. He, following in his father's footsteps, is now our President. He took over this role in 2007.
Pat Mansey joined the Society in 1987 and started the very succesful Norfolk group the following year. She was on the National Committee for 5 years from 1993-1998 and was Vice-Chair for two of those years. She frequently writes for our magazine, in particular contributing the article entitled Special Plants. She became our Vice-President in 2010.
Rob Baston was on the Executive Committee from 2005-2012 and was an active member of the Society, working with his regional group, for a long time before that. In particular, he has helped at, or organised, Malvern Spring Gardening Show for many years. He continues to be active in his local group.
