To celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Cottage Garden Society and publicise our work, we had an exhibition of photographs taken in CGS members' gardens in 2011.
We had been fortunate to secure space at The Museum of Garden History, Lambeth for Saturday 5th May 2012, when the Museum was hosting a large exhibition on garden visiting. The Museum, housed in the former church of St Mary, is situated on the River Thames, next to Lambeth Palace and overlooking Westminster.
The Museum has a delightful garden in the old churchyard as well as a cafe and gift shop.
After the exhibition, the photographs were on display at our 2012 AGM at Sedgebrook Hall.
